One inbox, two ways of reading it

The original inbox audit was thorough, but difficult to scan and limited to a single-point-in-time snapshot.

Using it as a starting point, I built my own around the questions that mattered to me: what is getting past my filters, whether any senders warrant concern, which inbox is taking the hits, whether things are getting worse, and what I can do about it this week.
